The idea came from my obsession with the sounds of a receipt printer. Everytime a customer approaches, it prints in a certain rhythm and pitch that remind me of a barking puppy. Before I’m capable of getting a puppy for myself, I decided to build a little attention seeker and have it trapped inside a receipt printer.
I also faked an archive of training data (for exhibition purpose) so that the arduino creature would be perceived as sort of an artificial not-so-intellectual being.
