Gender Quiz

The Gender Quiz is conceived as a government-issued publication from a future where gender diversity is fully recognized and institutionalized. Considering the expanding pool of gender expressions today, it’s not hard to picture a future where multiple gender identities is legally acknowledged.
In this context, the hypothetical scenario extends to the possibility of an official assessment pamphlet, namely the Gender Quiz, that helps with minor citizens detemining their future legal gender identities.
The quiz was created shortly after I transferred to the States, during a time filled with many embarrassing yet inspiring cultural shock moments. Learning about “pronouns” was one of these moments.
This small publication became a memento, always reminding me of the cultural differences that have enriched my understanding of the world.
